1. Insecure people have to make excuses and put others down to feel confident. Confidence isn't walking into a room with your nose in the air, and thinking you are better than everyone else, it's walking into a room and not having to compare yourself to anyone in the first place.

2. People are never more insecure than when they become obsessed with their fears at the expense of their dreams.

3. A man is insensible to the relish of prosperity 'til he has tasted adversity. 

4. People are crying up the rich and variegated plumage of the peacock, and he is himself blushing at the sight of his ugly feet.

5. Whatever makes an impression on the heart seems lovely in the eye.

6. Being insecure & not trusting your man gives him every reason to act up. What does he have to work for?

7. You cant have a man look at you for 5 seconds without you being insecure

8.  Being insecure and holding your guard up is not the same thing.
